Ingredients

2 lbs chicken drumsticks

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Coating: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, plain breadcrumbs, minced garlic, fresh parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Prepare the Drumsticks: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres well. In a separate bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the drumsticks, tossing them to coat evenly.

Coat the Drumsticks: One at a time, take each drumstick and roll it in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the coating adheres well. Place the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Drumsticks: Once all the drumsticks are arranged on the baking sheet, bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy. You can turn the drumsticks halfway through for even cooking.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle additional chopped parsley over the top for a fresh touch. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.

Enjoy your flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Drumsticks as a perfect appetizer or main dish alongside your favorite sides!
