Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Sweet Potatoes: Using a spiralizer, spiral cut the sweet potatoes into long, twirling spirals. If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin ribbons.

      Make the Garlic Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and sea salt until well combined.

        Combine: In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato spirals with the garlic mixture, ensuring that all spirals are evenly coated.

          Roast: Spread the sweet potato spirals evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
