3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped)

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

      Season the Carrots: In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrot ribbons with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Toss until the ribbons are evenly coated in the seasoning.
