For the Grilled Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)

1 cup mixed greens or spinach

1 avocado, sliced

Extra lime wedges for serving

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

      Prepare the Mango Salsa:

        While the chicken is marinating, mix together the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Set aside for the flavors to meld.

          Grill the Chicken:

            Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

              Assemble the Wraps:

                Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Start by adding a handful of mixed greens to the center of each tortilla, followed by sliced avocado, grilled chicken slices, and a generous scoop of the mango salsa.

                  Wrap it Up:

                    Fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

                      Serve:

                        Cut the wraps in half at a diagonal and serve with extra lime wedges. Enjoy the refreshing combination of flavors!
