4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

4 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Toasted nuts (like almonds or walnuts, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F / 200°C).

    Prepare the Peaches: In a bowl, toss the halved peaches with olive oil and cinnamon until evenly coated.

      Grill the Peaches: Place the peaches cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until char marks appear and the peaches are tender. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
