1 cup shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup cornmeal

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 cup milk

2 large eggs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini muffin liners.

    Make the BBQ Chicken Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with BBQ sauce. Mix well and set aside.
