Mini Chicken Alfredo Pizza Bites

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package of mini pizza dough or crescent roll dough

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Dough: If using mini pizza dough, roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface. With a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut out small circles (about 2-3 inches in diameter). If using crescent roll dough, separate the triangles and cut each triangle into smaller sections.

      Mix the Chicken Alfredo Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Assemble the Pizza Bites: Place the dough circles on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon about a tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto the center of each dough circle. Be careful not to overfill to avoid spills during baking.

          Add Cheese: Top each filled dough circle with a sprinkle of the remaining mozzarella and a generous pinch of grated Parmesan cheese.

            Seal the Bites: Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a pocket or carefully fold it in half. Press the edges together with a fork to seal. If you’re using crescent roll sections, you can twist or fold them differently for a fun shape.
