Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup fettuccine noodles, cooked al dente

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour tortillas

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil, for brushing

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Combine the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked fettuccine noodles, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare Tortillas: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo filling onto one half of each tortilla, leaving some space at the edges for folding.

Add Cheese: Sprinkle a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over the filling on each tortilla.

Fold and Brush: Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, pressing down gently to secure it. Brush the top of each folded tortilla with a little olive oil to help it crisp up in the oven.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the folded tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are spread out evenly for optimal baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is bubbly.

Finish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Cut each tortilla melt into smaller wedges, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce or marinara on the side for dipping.
