2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

1 cup lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

4 small flatbreads or tortillas

1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for brushing

Prep the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the ranch dressing. Stir until the chicken is well-coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Prepare Vegetables: In a separate bowl, mix the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro/parsley if using. Toss gently to combine.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flatbread or tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the ranch-coated chicken onto the center, then top with a handful of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the flatbread inwards, and then carefully roll it up from the bottom to the top, sealing in all the filling. Repeat for the remaining flatbreads.
