1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or your favorite nuts)

1/4 cup dried cranberries or cherries, chopped

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, dried cranberries or cherries, sea salt, and dark chocolate chips (if using). Mix well to distribute all the dry ingredients evenly.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), balsamic vinaigrette, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

      Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredient mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly coated and you have a sticky mixture that holds together when pressed.

        Shape into Bites: Using your hands, take a small handful of the mixture and roll it into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a plate.
