2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang to make it easier to lift out the bars later.

    Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, unsweetened cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well until uniform.

      Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until all the dry ingredients are fully coated and a crumbly mixture forms.

        Layer the Mixture: Press half of the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to pack it tightly.

          Chocolate Layer: Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly over the pressed graham cracker layer.

            Top Layer: Add the remaining graham cracker mixture on top of the chocolate and marshmallows. Gently press down to seal.

              Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

                Cut and Serve: Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles, and enjoy your delicious no-bake s'mores bars!
