No-Bake S’mores Pie

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow fluff

1 cup heavy whipping cream

⅔ cup mini chocolate chips

½ cup mini marshmallows (for topping)

½ cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 30 minutes.

    Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well blended.

      Incorporate the Marshmallow Fluff: Fold the marshmallow fluff into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until fully combined.

        Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and marshmallow mixture until no streaks remain.

          Add the Chocolate Chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently to distribute them evenly throughout the filling.

            Assemble the Pie: Remove the graham cracker crust from the refrigerator and pour the filling into the crust, spreading it evenly.

              Top It Off: Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top of the pie, then place it back into the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

                Serve: Slice the pie and drizzle chocolate syrup over each slice before serving. Enjoy the gooey, delicious flavors of s’mores in every bite!
