2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup whipped cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup strawberry jam

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form a crust layer. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.

    Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In another bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping until fully combined.

      Layer Strawberries and Cream Cheese Mix: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust. Top with half of the sliced strawberries and drizzle with half of the strawberry jam.

        Add Another Layer of Whipped Topping: Spread half of the remaining whipped topping over the strawberries and jam layer, smoothing it out evenly.

          Repeat Layers: Add another layer by repeating the cream cheese mixture, followed by the remaining strawberries and jam. Top with the final layer of whipped topping.

            Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the lasagna to set properly.
