4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped

1/2 cup peach preserves

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil or cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the peach preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for richer flavor.

      Preheat the Grill or Oven: If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. If using the oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).

        Cook the Chicken:
