1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground nutmeg

½ tsp ground ginger

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

¾ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Cream Cheese Swirl:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg yolk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Prepare the Oven and Pan:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

      Mix Dry Ingredients:

        In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Set aside.

          Combine Wet Ingredients:

            In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

              Combine Wet and Dry:
