1 pound medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges for serving

Avocado Lime Sauce:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Juice of 1 lime

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Avocado Lime Sauce: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning if needed and set aside.

    Season the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and pink. Remove from heat.
