1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 8 full sheets)

1/2 cup chocolate chunks (optional for extra chocolaty goodness)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy and well combined (about 2-3 minutes).

      Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the vanilla extract and the eggs, one at a time, ensuring they are fully incorporated after each addition.

        Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
