1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours for deeper flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using a grill, make sure to oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
