2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

200g feta cheese block

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Crusty bread or pita for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: In a medium-sized oven-safe baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well.

      Add the Feta: Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomato mixture, ensuring it is surrounded by the tomatoes.

        Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is slightly golden on top.
